Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sociālās politikas izmaiņas Latvijas pašvaldībās pēc Administratīvi teritoriālās reformas. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt kā tiek veidota sociālā politika Latvijas pašvaldībās pēc ATR un saprast kādas ir būtiskākās sociālās politikas izmaiņas Latvijas pašvaldībās ar laiku pirms ATR. Bakalaura darba ietvaros ir analizētas pētījumā izveidotās aptaujas atbildes ar pētījumā atlasīto pašvaldību darbiniekiem. Pētījuma ietvaros ir analizēti pašvaldību 2022.gada budžeti un salīdzināti ar apvienoto novadu 2020.gada budžeta ieņēmumiem un izdevumiem. Drivers of Agglomeration: geography VS. History

This paper focuses on the influence of two classical drivers of population agglomeration: geography and history. Geography is identified by two co-ordinates: coastal position and altitude. The prominence of history is also captured by two characteristics: the initial size of the municipalities, and their status as the administrative centre of the area. In first instance we examine localization patterns, at a small geographical scale, according to these characteristics and present empirical evidence of the progressive population concentration along the coast, on the plains and in the regional (provincial) capitals; a process that has not finished in the present days. La presente investigación tiene como finalidad describir cómo la ciudadanía ha contribuido a la elaboración de un Diagnóstico Territorial de Empleo (DET) promovido por la Generalitat Valenciana, previo al diseño de futuras políticas públicas para el fomento del empleo, en tres municipios alicantinos. Se consiguió a través de una Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP). Se realizaron talleres participativos y grupos focales que sirvieron para que la ciudadanía conociese de la existencia del proyecto y sus fines, además de aportar su experiencia, opinión y plantear posibles soluciones a la problemática del empleo en estos municipios.
